Kostja Gatnik never opted for a single creative medium to the exclusion of all others. He has left his trace in photography, painting, design and illustration, establishing a correspondence between different visual media in his works. Gatnik is innovative, humorous, independent – an artist who, in his own words, only ever competed with himself.
