Lila Prap may be an architect and writer, but she is first and foremost an illustrator, popular not only in Slovenia but also abroad. Her picturebooks have been published in forty countries on every continent. Her illustrations glow by means of seemingly simple chalk drawings – in which every single component is there for a reason – and Prap’s unique, classic humour, which can be both textual and visual.
