Marjanca Jemec Božič is one of the foremost Slovenian illustrators, whose work for children has successfully found its way into grown-up hearts as well. Through her sense of humour and characteristic lines, her drawings tell stories of people, animals, and objects, and help readers of all ages overcome the often artificially imposed boundaries between the real world and imaginary landscapes.
